We’re proud to announce that SigEp is back on Greek Row at NIU with our newly purchased house at 920 Hillcrest Drive, opening Summer 2025. Join our Grand Opening on April 12, Noon—3 p.m.

Inside the House: What You Can Expect
We’re building something different—and it shows in every room. Renovations are underway, and you’ll walk into an upgraded space built to help you thrive.
🟣 The Great Room – A dynamic space where brothers come together. Rebuilt from the floor up with new flooring, lighting, and furniture to host chapter events, brother hangouts, study nights, and everything in between.
🟣 Foyer + Welcome Lounge – A bold, open entrance that reflects the pride of SigEp. Picture your composite photo here one day—next to a wall of alumni who walked the path before you.
🟣 Chapter + Party Room – From business to brotherhood, this space transforms. Equipped with sound, lighting, and the setup to host epic events and meetings you’ll remember forever.
🟣 Dining Room + Kitchen – Shared meals build community. Our upgraded kitchen and dining area will be ready to fuel both your body and your best ideas.
🟣 Bedroom Suites – Live where you lead. Clean, renovated rooms (the largest on Greek Row) with new flooring, lighting, and upgraded bathrooms designed for rest, recharge, and growth.
🟣 Academic Study Room & Exec Board Rooms – Whether prepping for finals, working on a group project, or planning your next move as a chapter leader, these two spaces are built for focus, strategy, and success.
🟣 The Gym—There's no need to traipse all the way across campus. You’ll have 24/7 access to an in-house gym and discipline in one area that fuels greatness in all others.
🟣 Outdoor & Common Areas – From house signage and lighting to beautified landscaping and updated patios, the outside will look as strong as what’s happening inside.
The Rent Scholarship – Yes, You Read That Right.
SigEp is offering Rent Scholarships to qualified members for the 2025–2026 school year. That’s right—live in the house for free.
