Chapter President & Vice President of Member Development: Will Thiel
The chapter president is responsible for leading his brothers and managing the operations of the chapter. He is the face of the Fraternity to the chapter, the Greek community and the university.

Will is a second-year undergraduate pursuing a degree in marketing. Aside from his academics, he is a member of the NIU Drumline and Marching Band. Whether it is through his classes, extracurriculars, or personal life, Will enjoys meeting and interacting with new and old friends alike.
Vice President of Recruitment: Sohum Khaladkar
VP of recruitment is responsible for acquiring potential new members and showing them what they have to gain from joining the chapter.
Hometown: Buffalo Grove, IL
Sohum is enrolled in NIU's marketing program through the College of Business. Like all SigEp brothers, honesty and integrity are some of his most upheld values. This is also made clear by his involvement in multiple other organizations and activities.
Vice President of Communications and Programming: Fabian Torres
VP of communications and programming is responsible for arranging events and activities for members to participate in, as well as managing the chapter site, and social media, and helping spread the word about the chapter.

Fabian is a first-year undergraduate, pursuing a degree in Industrial Management & Engineering Technology. A family-oriented person who is always willing to give a helping hand. Focused on improving his mental and physical strength through exercise and proper recovery.
Chaplain: Fabrice Kitungano
Chaplain is responsible for providing membership expectations, upholding ritual, and exemplifying SigEp's values of virtue, diligence, and brotherly love.
Hometown: Rockford, IL
Fabrice is here at NIU pursuing a degree in electrical engineering. Even when not in the classroom, Fabrice continues to learn and create. Working on projects and reading up on advancements in the field of engineering are how he likes to spend his free time. In addition, Fabrice is very involved in his faith and worship.
Vice President of Finance: Eh Moo
Hometown: Aurora, IL
VP of Finance is responsible for managing the chapter's budget and ensuring the chapter invests in what matters most.
Eh is pursuing a degree in accounting and a minor in Nonprofit & NGO studies. Transferring to NIU from DuPage and immediately getting involved. Eh plays for his church's band, playing the piano and guitar. Back home he teaches children to play piano as well.
